There are a couple more expensive, but more sophisticated products on the market that I also like.

HootSuite is a hot, free tool that has a cheap paid price point, has a great looking backend as well.

SocialOomph has a lot more functionality for twitter followers/direct messages, etc. than HootSuite, so SocialOomph is good for when you are ready to manage a campaign (vs just watch it and let it go, mostly organically)
